The Goal: Enjoy Growing your Business

Whether venture-funded or bootstrapped, whether your motivation is to one day sell for billions of dollars or to just retire comfortably with your family, I bet your goal is this:

To enjoy growing your business.

If you’re here, it’s because either

  1. Your business is not growing fast enough, or

  2. It’s growing, but it’s also driving you towards an early grave.

Your company may be growing, but do you feel overwhelmed? Disconnected from the very reasons you started your business in the first place?

Your day is a whirlwind of constant decisions, incessant phone calls, and back-to-back meetings. Your business, once a dream, now feels like an insatiable beast consuming every moment of his life

If your current way of doing things feels fragile — as if it’s about to break at any moment — but you can’t quite articulate what’s wrong with it, or if you feel like doubling in size will cost you a month of all-nighters, then this isn’t a tactic issue or a quick fix. Moving to a new task management software will not be your saving grace. This is a deeper, more strategic issue.

Every part of your business should support your company’s growth and the life you want to live. If it’s not, there is something fundamentally broken.

If you are stressed out, unfulfilled, unhappy in your business, then it’s because your business has become larger than your ability to manage, and you haven’t developed the insights required to nutritionally fuel that growth. My goal is to lead you to those insights as quickly as possible. To help you become the entrepreneur needed for this phase of your business.

If your strategy is wrong, then no tactic I recommend will have an impact. If you are disorganized in your personal life, you will be disorganized in your business, and no piece of technology and no Virtual Assistant is going to solve that. Technology and employees are just microphones. They amplify whatever you provide them. Mumble into a microphone and no one will understand you.

I am going to teach you the philosophy that I have seen work for my clients. I will  provide you with direct action steps on how to  implement that philosophy into your life and business.

It is a new way of thinking about business and about how to work with your employees and implement technology to achieve your goals that I have not seen discussed anywhere else. It’s worked for dozens of clients, and if you’re here it’s because I think it can work for you too.

Even more impactful have been the changes that I have seen in my client’s personal lives. Becoming a more thoughtful, sharper, strategic person has a myriad of benefits. I’ve seen clients get married, have kids, and take their first vacation in three years.

Your journey as an entrepreneur isn't a choice between professional or personal freedom – it's about navigating towards a destination where both coexist. It's about freeing yourself from the overwhelming tide of work, taking the helm once again, and steering your business towards a place where growth and enjoyment intertwine.

Throughout this course, we'll chart a path towards that destination. You'll learn how to create simplified yet strategic systems, balance your personal life with your business's needs, and become the entrepreneur necessary for this phase of your company's growth.

Imagine becoming a more thoughtful, sharper, strategic person, not just in your business, but also in your personal life. This isn't just about business success – it's about personal fulfillment. It's about taking your first vacation in years, watching your kids grow, or finally finding time for those hobbies you've shelved.

So if you're tired of mumbling into the microphone, let's turn up the volume and make sure your message is loud and clear. It's time to become the captain of your dream life.
