HOW IT WORKS
Inside my signature proces
WEEK ONE: DESIGN
Before we can implement new systems, we need to first design them with your ideal customers in mind. How are we going to get them from where they are to where you want them to go? While answering this question, I’ll start by designing your data structure, automations, and dashboards before we move into the next phase.
WEEK TWO: BUILD
This is when I’ll build out the entire system I recently designed, using the automation tools and process we’ve agreed on. In this phase, I’ll need access to your tools while you prep our data. I’ll also give you some brief trainings on how to get comfortable using tools like Zapier and Airtable. I’ll cover the rest of our tasks!
WEEK THREE: TRANSITION
Now it’s time to launch your new system! Since the processes are all in place, they’re ready for you and your team to start using. During the rest of this transition week, I'll be available for questions and calls as we work together to get rid of any kinks along the way so we can continue moving forward.
WEEK FOUR: OFFBOARDING
By the end of the transition week, you should be using the processes almost completely on your own. However, I’ll stick around for another week to answer questions and help you make any small changes before we wrap up our project. I’ll also give you the resources you need in order to feel confident and comfortable maintaining these processes and updating them over time.
