I’m an experienced Automation Consultant who’s ready to help you solve the mystery behind why your systems aren’t working.
I’ll start by reviewing your current systems and completing an in-depth analysis. I’ll then identify the problem behind the problem and what we can do to fix it, giving us the knowledge we need to make strategic tweaks you can easily implement into your systems.

Data Structure
During this phase, we’ll identify where your data is stored, how it’s currently being used, how it’s structured, and how all of the different pieces relate to each other.
User Story
When we look at the system you’ve created, what is the overall narrative? What are we trying to achieve, and is it being achieved? There are so many valuable insights for us to discover in this phase.
Automations
Do you know which automations are running and how efficient they are? In this phase, we’ll analyze the tools you’re currently using and which ones we want to add.
Analysis
You’ll receive a complete overview of your systems, including my candid thoughts on what’s working, what’s not, and how we can improve. We’ll find the problem behind the problem so we can properly fix each of them.

What are your goals?
We’ll start by jumping on a consult call to ensure we’re the right fit. I’ll ask thoughtful questions based on your company, goals, and the struggles you’re currently facing. Then, I’ll recommend the best course of action for us to take as we book your intensive.

What are your blockers?
Once I have access to your tech stack and you’ve completed your prep work, I’ll begin to document your systems, analyze what’s not working, and point out the things that need to change inside a shared Google Doc. When it’s finished, I will send it to you for initial feedback.

What needs to change?
With the Google Doc in hand, you’ll have a 10+ page guide of system documentation with an in-depth analysis of your automations and specific instructions on how to improve them. We then hop on another call to review & make sure you have what you need to implement these changes.
